I have had the privellege of spending the last 30 years coaching precious people just like you and I thank you for this opportunity to share with you the many, amazing things I have learned so you might find relief in knowing it is far simpler to take back control of your heath, vitality and happiness than you  may currently think.

The clickable list below offers my thoughts on what I truly believe are the principles of a happy, healthy life well lived. The guidance I offer comes straight from my heart and is offered to you with my best intention toward your improved sense of happiness, fulfillment and well-being.

You can feel assured that every person or business I personally recommend here is committed to upholding the principle of people always coming before profit and every product is provided by companies that share this belief.

The most valuable lesson my life as a coach has taught me is that we are all our own best teachers and somehow everyone of us inherently knows best what is right for us. My intention is to offer you guidance from my life experience to help you find clarity about the over complicated,  misinformation being sold to you everyday under the false premise of helping you when so often it is really about profitability. I believe that seeking knowledge and self education is the only way to personal power and freedom so if you feel stuck in a place of confusion, disillusion and ill health, if you are willing to look you will find release here.

Health, vitality and harmony are all natural to your body and the best way to get there from here and stay on the path is to do it in a way that is simple, fun and achievable to you from wherever you are right now. Yes, that’s right..no gruelling training sessions (unless you enjoy them)..no boring, restrictive, nutrient deprived diets..no unrealistic, unachievable expectations of perfection.  This is about helping you plan your own life so you can evolve in your own time and on your own terms. You will never feel deprived or like you have failed so you will never feel the need to quit or give up! Instead you will feel a sense of ongoing achievement and purpose that will naturally keep you inspired! I will show you how to get back to basics and rediscover your own infinite wisdom and guidance so your life can start right now to feel less stressful and more fun and enjoyable again.

So here is the list in order from left to right which works best for me but if you are a rebel at heart and want to work through it in your own order I praise you for taking the first step in your own knowing of what works best for you. Click on each subject one at a time, read the information and look for what feels right for you then test it for yourself. This is the  only way to know how well it works. Work through the list in your own space and time, preferably without interruption..put the kids out, lock the door, turn off the phone and give some time to you!

Please revisit and refresh often..we are all constantly learning and expanding our knowledge and understanding..it’s like watching a movie or reading a book, you always get more out of it the next time round. The Massive Benefits of Contributing Beyond Oursevles

If you live in Australia and you are a welfare recipient you are among the 7th richest people on the planet. The first time I heard this statistic I was totally blown away. It really put my life into perspective for me.

I am so grateful I live here in this beautiful place and that in the bigger sense of this planet I live somewhere where everyone of us is wealthy! For me contribution goes way beyond the obvious things like financial contribution and volunteering.

I believe that every single one of us has amazing gifts and qualities that we can share with each other. The last centre I owned was a Women’s Wellness Centre and  I had so many uplifting experiences there. The kind of experiences that help restore your faith in the infinite possibilities of human nature.

One of my favourite career memories is of our meditation group. At the end of class I would ask the girls to focus on a list of human qualities I had written on a whiteboard and hung in the room. They would all close their eyes, visualise the list and choose a quality that they felt was already an inherent part of their nature or one they would like to develop. We would all then make a committment to ourselves and each other to do our best to purposefully share that quality as often as possible, every day for the coming week with the people in our lives.

Each week before class we would share stories. The happiness that was spread to so many people through that group of women was totally inspiring to everyone. Our little town had the happiest checkout chicks, postal workers, parking officers (just kidding) but you get the picture and seeing my ladies recognize their self worth and develop their self esteem like that was a wonderful experience for me. I can promise you that contributing to someone elses happiness is the best feeling on earth. Just try it for a day!

My grandmother would always say to me, “What you do always comes back to you!” The profoundness of that statement is immense. If you could live your life by it you would surely enjoy a life well lived. When applied to almost any subject the result is the same. If you give happiness to others they feel happy which makes you feel happy. If you take care of yourself and the planet you will enjoy better health which will increase the health of the planet which benefits  everyone living on it. Now I understand what my Pop meant by things coming full circle. My grandparents died almost 30 years ago but they are still contributing to my life every day. What legacy will you leave for your children and their children’s children?

The fact that you have taken the time to read this tells me you are probably already an amazing contributing factor to yourself and every one around you…. GOD BLESS YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!!!!!!

Emotional Fitness & Well-Being

Would you agree that without a strong enough reason for doing something it’s probably not going to get done? This is the essence of emotional fitness. Unless you are emotionally equipped you will find it hard if not impossible to be successful in any area of your life. I believe it is the foundation for everything we experience.

Almost every person I have ever coached came to me because they had reached a point in their life where they knew something had to change. They all wanted this thing really badly but had figured out that just wanting something hadn’t actually worked for them since back in the day when they still believed in Santa Claus.

In my early years as a coach I couldn’t understand why some of  the people I coached excelled and changed their lives forever while others, no matter how hard I tried, just never got there. How could people with the same desire and being offered the same level of care and attention have such different experiences?

I am not a trained scholar and have no letters after my name, I have always prefered my life lessons and experience to come from taking a broader, less rigid view of things. I don’t believe there is ever just one right answer or one right way of doing something, so for the last 30 years I have studied human behaviour from every perspective I could find and these are my observations.

Whether it comes from an intellectual or spiritual base the underlying message seems to be the same. Are you ready.. here it comes.. the answers to all life’s challenges….

Your mind is the most under-rated, untapped, undervalued, powerful resource available to you on this planet. Did I say my guidance was going to be simple? Mmmm….

Right now you might be wondering, “How on earth can I access my minds full potential?” Thankfully once again the answer is simple and all seem to agree…they just have different methods of delivering what once again appears to me to be the same message.

Every moment of every day we are making choices about absolutely everything and the decisions we make as a result of those choices is what we act upon. Those actions then create the circumstances of our future.

The more fully we learn to understand and appreciate the power this actually gives us over our lives the more excited we become about the idea that we can deliberately design our future experiences. If in this moment you are feeling more overwhelmed than excited, don’t worry there is of course a simple way to sort through the vast variety of choices life offers you.

In every moment that you are faced with a choice just ask yourself this question,

“How am I really feeling right now?”

By constantly asking yourself how you are really feeling about everything that is on your mind you will start to train your brain to get more and more clarity about what you want and what you don’t want. There are no rules, no right or wrong answers, no appropriate or inappropriate responses. This is all about you discovering what authentically feels good to you without fear of other peoples opinions.

An example of what I mean by this is to think about all the times you have done something because you thought it was ‘the right thing to do’. Even though it didn’t feel good to you, you went ahead and did it anyway only to regret having done it later on.

By taking action on things that feel good to you instead of acting from a place of conditioned response you will start to feel more in control of your life and have a greater sense of personal freedom. You will be more pumped up, enthusiastic and motivated about everything you are doing. This choice alone will make your life more fun and enjoyable. You will start to find purpose in everything you do which will give you the massive reason you need to get whatever it is you want.

Of course, I am only giving you the basics and it can be greatly expanded upon from here. The process is simple but it does require you to manage and monitor your thoughts. You are creating thoughts all day long and and it is just as easy to look for hopeful, happy thoughts that let you enjoy each day of your life as it is to look for pessimistic ones that make you feel angry, frustrated and overwhelmed and diminish your health and happiness.
