FOOD & NOURISHMENT-THE SUBSTANTIAL DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO

There is a mountain of evidence to support the fact that our modern western diet is the cause of many of our aches, pains, illnesses and even deaths.

We live in a world that is so profit driven. If you believed the hype of modern day advertising you would surely be on a fast track to ill health. One of our biggest challenges is learning to wade through the hype and use our common sense to figure out what foods support our health and naturally lead to a lean body and healthy skin and what foods are leading us to a slow painful death.

If you lack energy it is your bodies way of telling you it is toxic and the more you let those toxins continue to build the more severe your symptoms will become.

One of the easiest things to do is to start to listen to your body. Take notice of how you are feeling after consuming foods you think may cause you problems such as digestive issues, nausea or tiredness. Avoid the diet roller coaster by following a maintainable, healthy eating plan that includes foods to support the elimination process so detoxing is a part of your every day life not something you do massively in a binge like fashion.
